Authorities are linking a series of business robberies in both Manhattan and the Bronx to a single suspect.
According to the New York Police Department (NYPD), the suspect targeted a business on Boston Road in Eastchester during the afternoon of April 16.
Allegedly, he entered the establishment and informed an employee that he was armed, demanding money. Fortunately, the employee managed to flee without any injuries, and the suspect left the scene without obtaining any cash.
The following morning, the same individual struck again, this time at a business located on 9th Avenue in Hudson Yards. Like the previous incident, he reportedly claimed to be armed and demanded money from the employee.
However, this time he succeeded in stealing $150. Fortunately, there were no reported injuries in either incident. The suspect is described as approximately six feet tall, weighing around 250 pounds, with a light complexion.
