Staten Island college basketball roundup: Wagner men prevail; late bucket lifts CSI

At the Spiro Sports Center, Wagner College defeated Division III Springfield 81-46 on Saturday, with five players scoring in double figures.

Senior Ja Kair Sanchez contributed 12 points off the bench, while senior Zaire Williams led Wagner with 19 points. Senior Javier Ezquerra and junior Keyontae Lewis each scored ten points, while senior Tyje Kelton scored eleven points.

The Dolphins have now won three in a row after defeating Wilmington 76-38 on Wednesday. At 5:30 on Tuesdays, they play Dominican.
