Staten Island deli responds to public drinking concerns, cites enforcement issues

New York’s Staten Island. Owners of a Port Richmond deli that locals have targeted for public drinking claim that a long list of contributing circumstances has led to the problem.

Omer Khan, the proprietor of Corner Bagel & Deli according to state business records, claimed on Tuesday that issues surrounding the family-run deli had been exacerbated by a lack of enforcement in particular.
