Staten Island HS boys’ JV hoops (3 games): Gabe Moschella propels St. Peter’s over Curtis; Sea, Petrides also prevail

At the College of Staten Island’s Sports and Recreation Center in Willowbrook, Gabe Moschella scored a game-high 16 points, and St. Peter’s jumped out to an early double-digit lead before having to hold off Curtis to win 56-47 on Thanksgiving Eve, a non-league game.

Along with Moschella, Christian Wiese (nine points), Sean Gannon (nine points), Ryan Freeman (eight points), and Shane Gordon (seven points) also contributed offensively for the 1-0 Eagles.
