New York’s Staten Island. The court has remanded the man charged in the case to a mental health facility, months after police claim a 31-year-old man assaulted another inmate in a holding cell at the 120th Precinct stationhouse in St. George.
Because he was arrested for an unconnected incident that happened in the 123rd Precinct on October 23, Abanoub Michail of Rossville Avenue in Rossville was in the holding cell.
