Staten Island man, 52, pleads guilty to gun possession in alleged domestic abuse case

New York’s Staten Island. In relation to a domestic violence arrest on October 6, a Staten Island man was found guilty of gun possession and given a probationary sentence.

52-year-old Teodoro Moscioni entered a guilty plea to the charge of unlawfully possessing a loaded handgun.
