The last residence is a two-story, single-family Dutch Colonial home in Prince’s Bay located at 209 Seguine Ave. In the beginning, this property was proudly owned by the Seguine family, who have deep roots. It has been held by Dr. Fitzgerald Bramwell since 1975. Since the house wasn’t listed on tax records until then, he thinks it was constructed around 1847.
