Woman, 20, named in spate of robberies on Staten Island offered chance at probation

New York’s Staten Island. At a hearing in state Supreme Court, St. George, on Nov. 21, Kahmaiyah Bailey, 20, of the 300 block of Victory Boulevard in Tompkinsville, was placed on temporary probation in relation to the 2023 occurrences.
