The woman was struck by a Honda Pilot heading toward Tottenville at around 8:30 p.m., according to an initial inquiry, a spokeswoman for the NYPD’s Deputy Commissioner of Public Information said.

While NYPD Highway District Collision Investigation Squad officers examined the area, police blocked off Hylan from Lindbergh to Allison avenues.
