Emily VanCamp and Josh Bowman have joyfully welcomed their second child into the world!
The 37-year-old actress took to Instagram to share the news on Sunday, announcing the birth of their baby girl, named Rio Rose, born on March 12, 2024.
Accompanying the announcement was a heartwarming photo of baby Rio’s tiny hand resting gently on VanCamp’s cheek.
The post quickly garnered over 100,000 likes and thousands of comments from fans and well-wishers. Although Bowman, 36, does not have a public Instagram account, he undoubtedly shares in the joy of their new arrival.
VanCamp and Bowman, who first met on the set of ABC’s Revenge in 2011, revealed their pregnancy with baby No. 2 in February. They shared maternity photos featuring their beloved dog, Frankie B, and their older daughter, Iris, indicating their excitement for the new addition to their family.
Their first daughter, Iris, was born in August 2021, with VanCamp sharing a touching post on Instagram to announce her arrival.
The couple’s real-life love story mirrors their on-screen romance in Revenge, where their characters fell in love and got married. They got engaged in 2017 and tied the knot in 2018.
