Law enforcement agencies across multiple states are intensifying their efforts to locate a Florida woman who mysteriously disappeared back in February.
Colleen Paulissen Pool, aged 49, was officially reported missing by concerned family members to the Citrus County Sheriff’s Office on February 20, 2024.
The last confirmed sighting of Colleen was in Homosassa, Florida, on February 8. Since then, her whereabouts remain unknown.
Adding to the mystery, her family discovered that her gray Honda Civic, the vehicle she was driving, had been abandoned. It was found in a secluded wooded area near Bulloch County, Georgia, specifically within Jenkins County.
Authorities are urging the public to keep an eye out for Colleen, who may also be using the name Colleen Pool or her maiden name, Colleen Paulissen.
Physical Description: Colleen is described as being approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing around 150 pounds. She has distinctive features, including blonde hair and blue eyes.
While investigators are working tirelessly to piece together clues and leads, they suspect that Colleen may be on her way to Illinois.
